As access consultants we assist other architects, developers, builders and business owners to comply with the disability access provisions of the Building Code of Australia and of the Access-to-Premises Standards. We provide design guidance on the needs of people with physical, sensory, mental and neurodivergent disabilities.



We report on the accessibility aspects of proposed Development Applications and Construction Certificate applications. We provide advice on regulatory compliance. We undertake building accessibility audits of projects at all stages. We assist with site inspections and sign-offs as required. We seek to help Clients meet their obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act, Access-to-Premises Standards, Building Code of Australia 2022 and related regulations in an efficient and cost-effective manner.



We have assisted clients with multi-unit residential developments and with commercial, industrial, hospitality, health and other types of projects, some of which are shown below. We can help with your requirements regarding accessibility issues for any type or scale of building. We have assisted in accessibility upgrades of many existing buildings, including several with heritage listing.



We prepare Performance Solutions on accessibility matters under the Building Code of Australia and the Access-to-Premises Standards when necessary. We have completed Performance Solutions for several commercial, multi-residential apartment and heritage conservation projects. We have also acted as expert witness in cases before the District Court, Land & Environment Court and Supreme Court.



We advise on design to exceed minimum compliance levels when requested. We are able to assist with design for the needs of the neurodivergent community.
