Botanic Resources is an award-winning landscape design and construction company. Working with the designs created by architects across a number of regions in Australia, Botanic Resources assists with all aspects of the concept-to-construction process.

We’re also an award- winning member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), winning the 2016 HIA Tasmanian Outdoor Project award. We are accredited contractors for Island Block & Paving, Adbri Masonry and Strathyar Lawns. Our award-winning professional memberships and accreditations are a mark of outstanding quality, and your assurance that we will provide the highest possible level of gardening service throughout your project.

The Botanic Resources team is a dynamic mix of landscape gardeners, horticulturists, botanists and architectural draftsmen, working on a range of projects from large commercial premises to exquisite private gardens Hobart wide. Botanic Resources also contracts specialists for the works in the areas of building (such as for retaining walls) and large scale excavation. Although based in Hobart, Botanic Resources offers landscape and garden design, consultation services, drafting and construction across Tasmania. All of the design and plant selection is undertaken by Botanic Resources designer, landscape gardener and senior horticulturalist, David Hawkes.
