What we do
Established in 2013, Cadence & Co has delivered hundreds of projects of all scales and sizes across metropolitan Sydney, north to the Central Coast and south to the Southern Highlands, from large-scale luxury builds to family homes and garden studios.

Whether designing and building a new home, or renovating/ adding to an existing property, we take pride in outstanding architectural design, quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Our goal is to enhance the experience of home creation by working hand in hand with our clients to design and build homes of exceptional quality, that are perfectly tailored to their needs; and to bring a sense of practical luxury to projects of all sizes.

Cadence & Co has offices in Sydney, the Northern Beaches, and the Southern Highlands. We are driven by our vision for a sustainable future – both for the environment, and for our business, to best serve our clients and community.

Our unique approach
When founders Darren Mills and Mark Campbell started Cadence & Co, their vision was to offer a new service standard, previously unseen in the residential construction industry, by bringing the highest quality architectural design to a proven Design and Construct model.
Almost a decade on, the company now employs one of the largest specialist residential architecture and design teams in Sydney; together under one roof with our in-house residential construction experts, in Cadence & Co’s uniquely collaborative environment.

We believe that our fully integrated approach – with all disciplines thoroughly considered throughout each stage of the process, provides a more seamless way to design and build a home, enabling us to focus on our client’s vision, budget, and expectations.
