We are committed to quality in building design with a custom design to suit your lifestyle and budget.


We assist you through navigating the (some times complex) approval process and facilitate in coordinating consultants and obtaining the appropriate approvals for your development. ​With extensive knowledge of local and state planning policies and building codes, our team can guide you through the Planning, Building Design and Approval process to ensure a streamlined and hassle free experience for you, our clients.

Building Design and drafting has been a family passion for more than 65 years, spanning three generations. Jennifer’s parents, Jan & John Rutty, managed a successful drafting business until their retirement in 2008. Jennifer's daughter Kirsty is part of the team at Coastline Building Design, continuing the family passion.


​Our office is in Norah Head on the NSW Central Coast. We undertake projects across NSW, with majority of our work located on the NSW Central Coast, Hunter and Lake Macquarie areas.
