Cunningham Gill Architects understand that building or renovating a home is a daunting proposition for many people, and we can work with you to take as much of the complexity out of the process as possible. Negotiating with Council, engaging engineers and other specialist consultants is an essential part of our work. We can manage the tender process, helping finding the right builders who can work with you to deliver a great outcome and also take on the complex tasks of managing a building project on site.

We understand the importance of setting and working within your budget. Our experience with residential renovation work has given us a strong appreciation of the market and we will work with you to establish a realistic budget at the start of the project, explore options with you and update as the design evolves.

Working with a registered architect provides significant value to clients: independent professional design advice, backed by a code of conduct and insurances as required by the NSW Architects Act 2003.
