Pick up for free from our Maddington, Perth branch by arrangement - 605 Bickley Rd, Maddington WA 6109 , or we can generally deliver door to door to many locations from Albany and Busselton to Geralton, inland as far as Northam.

For pick up's we will email an scheduled availability date and the factory order number. You will need to call to make a time with the branch for pick up to ensure the door is ready.

On Arrival
Please collect your paperwork from the office or as advised when phoning.
Do not block the gate, this allows everyone to come and go in a timely manner.
Please wait in your car (even when inside the yard) to be attended to, We want to eliminate the risk of near miss with other vehicles or our onsite forklift.
If your required to leave the car for any circumstances you must be wearing Hi-Vis, no Hi-Vis, no entry. Everyone’s safety is imperative, as we have large vehicles manouvering and forklifts on site.; Unfortunately due to our vests being taken in the past, we are unable to provide you with one onsite. No Open Shoes permitted
There is strictly no entry to the factory, under no circumstances.
Doors will only be loaded if safe to do so, such as weight limits for roof racks and trailers.
Securing the load will be your responsibility.
