Our Approach to building New Homes and Renovations
Ultimately, a home renovation or new home build is the succession of many small tasks and decisions to be completed and made. As a project grows in complexity, so does the web of these elements, and ones dependencies on another.

Over the years (nearly 40 of them) we have become pretty good at breaking complex projects down into smaller and more manageable pieces, which allows us to look at each piece in closer detail, and to find the best solution to each.

When we are looking at each element we consider three main factors:

The time it will take to complete;

The cost it will take to complete, and;

The quality to which it is finished.

Depending on the circumstances of any given project, there may be some room to move in the timeframe, or some margin in the cost. The quality of the work to be delivered, however, should never be compromised.

Undertaking a new home build or renovation is as much about managing all of these intricacies, from both a macro and micro view, as it is about the technical execution of each of the elements.

We are constantly looking to find the best approach to problems, and this means we are often rewriting our own rulebook to reflect new found, better, practices and processes.
