Haviland Architects was first established in Sydney in 1980 as Owen Haviland Pty Ltd. Since then we have grown to become a highly professional, well-respected and progressive practice, based in North Willoughby on Sydney’s lower north shore.

Our focus has been mainly on residential design and construction, including new dwellings, medium density housing and alterations & additions. We have specialised in projects of high-quality finish and detail that are sensitive to brief and budget, when sometimes faced with difficult regulatory and environmental constraints. We have excellent working relations with local councils and other consent authorities.
