About Professional

Hidden Valley Pool Solutions is based in Central Victoria and is owned and managed by me, Tim Andrews. The business is named after a little farm that is, as the name suggests... hidden in a valley. A few sheep, some chooks, and a veggie patch - the best home base a business could hope for.

My approach comes from 13+ years' experience in the pool industry and over 30 years in retail. I found my niche in pools, starting as a retail assistant in a large pool shop on the Gold Coast, transitioning to become a service technician, running my own pool business servicing high rise corporate buildings and residential pools, before moving to the big smoke... Melbourne. From there I have been involved with major franchise pool shops, performed in state and national sales and business development management roles for big brand pool product suppliers, before returning to my roots and what I love... direct customer contact and quality pool servicing.

I love the pool industry and over the years, I have come to realise I love interacting with you, the pool owner! I started Hidden Valley Pool Solutions to provide personalised quality service, open and honest communication, and fair pricing. Where our clients are highly valued and part of the family.
