Paul McIntyre is the Director of Inspire Drafting and Design, a company he founded in 2015. His journey into the building industry began in 2002, when he created his own family home as an owner/builder. This experience sparked a passion for design and led him to pursue a career change. After many years in the corporate world, Paul decided to return to full-time studies and earned a Diploma of Building Design with Distinction. During his studies, he won a National Design Award for a conceptual design of new apartments in Glebe, Sydney.

With his qualifications and experience, Paul worked for a design company before establishing his own firm. He is a qualified Passive House Designer, with a focus on sustainable, energy-efficient, and healthy homes, believing these principles are essential for the future. As an accredited member of the Building Designers Association of Australia (BDAA) and a member of the Australian Passive House Association (APHA), Paul is committed to applying the best design practices in every project.
