Garages, sheds, verandas, pergolas, fences, gates, and decks, are also checked.
Any defects, major and minor, are outlined in a comprehensive, easy to read, written report, designed to help you make a well informed decision when buying a house.

The inspection and written report comply with Australian Standard AS 4349.1 Property Inspections, and for peace of mind, are covered under a professional indemnity insurance policy.
