After finishing school, I went to work as a draftsperson and learned all about construction and residential design through experience in Far North Queensland. I have always had an interest in designing functional and aesthetic spaces. It is through designing fir the Tropics, that has taught me the importance of passive design.
My love and interest in architecture increased when I went to live and work in London, UK. I lived and worked there for 2 years on a working visa and loved every minute of it. While abroad, I worked for an architect who designed medium to high-value houses in the South-West of London. I learned a great deal and worked on some very interesting and challenging projects.
After returning to Australia I enrolled in university to study architecture with the goal to officially become an architect. To date, I have completed a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) at Deakin University in Victoria.
In my spare time I love to read, crochet and take city walks to admire my favourite buildings in Melbourne.
