Born & educated in Sydney Australia, Jeff was exposed to architectural design & construction from an exceptionally early age. His father JKC Leung, regularly carted Jeff to construction sites prior to school and inspired Jeff’s fascination for the industry.

Jeff joined JKC Leung Design & Construction Pty Ltd in 1998, after gaining his professional qualifications and the required practice design & management experience. In 2007, the practice began trading as Leung Architects with Jeff becoming the Principal Director.

A commitment to quality design in conjunction with Jeff's considerable understanding of the construction site and process has ensured that his projects are a successful partnership between client, builder and architect.

Jeff is building a legacy of private and public contributions to the urban environment with exceptional spaces, utilising light and properly-detailed enduring materials.

Leung Architects is an established architectural practice which has provided services to residential, retail & commercial clients since 1979.

Our focus is to provide exceptional services to clients who require assistance to navigate the complex process of building or refurbishment to their homes. As a genuine Sydney based architectural practice, Leung Architects has extensive experience with residential projects across the eastern suburbs, upper & lower north shore, inner west & the northern beaches. This experience is central to our ability to successfully guide our clients through the design & approval process be it DA (Development Application) or CDC (Complying Development Certificate)

Leung Architects has extensive experience obtaining development approval from Woollahra Council, Waverly Council, Randwick Council, Mosman Council, North Sydney Council, Northern Beaches Council, Willoughby Council and Ku-ring-gai Council. The practice retains an established network of contractors and expert consultants to address town planning, heritage, structural, arboreal, bushfire and geotechnical requirements which may impact the subject site or locality.
