About Professional
PJN Carpentry is run by husband and wife team Phil Nixon and Rebecca Paterson. The business was founded in 2007 after Phil finished his carpentry apprenticeship, obtaining his Certificate III in General Construction, and decided to go out on his own as a subcontractor.Since then, the business has continued to grow and flourish. Phil undertook further study in 2011, gaining his Certificate IV in Building and Construction to improve his skills and knowledge in the field. Bec, with her background in bookkeeping, has taken on the administrative duties.
Our business services the Mornington Peninsula, from Portsea to Mount Martha, and focuses on quality workmanship alongside friendly and reliable service. We are fully insured and guarantee all of our work.
Outside of work, Phil is a keen Crossfitter and can be found at ‘the box’ most days after work. Bec is also a part time teacher and librarian, who loves reading and watching movies.
